Lequin Hilderbrand, owner and president, has thirty-five years experience in the land management, land surveying, records research, title investigative efforts and real estate fields. Quin Land Surveying currently offers services on a regular basis in fourteen counties across east and southeast Texas. No client, no project is too large or too small.
Quin Land Surveying has been a proud fixture in the downtown business district of Jasper since 2006. We relocated to our current location in November of 2016 after having outgrown each of our previous two locations.
Our greatest accomplishments have been the offerings back to the people and communities we serve. Those offerings are the discounts to our fees for deserving individuals. As an example, for teachers and educators fully employed by a Texas public school, we offer 10% to 15% discounts for services rendered towards the purchase of a primary residence. For military veterans, we offer 10% to 15% for any of our services. For families who have relocated their family to the Jasper-Lake Sam Rayburn area due to catastrophic issues outside our area (Hurricane Harvey for example), we provide discounts up to 40%. For new businesses developing or relocating to our area, we offer discounts of 10% to 20%.
