Today’s member spotlight is on the Texas Forest Country chapter of the Azalea Society of America. The chapter works to promote the different cultivars of the many thousands of azaleas that you may not have seen but do well in our area. What is a cultivar??? A cultivar means that the plant has been produced in cultivation by selective breeding. Be sure to check them out during the Azalea Festival! They will have plants for sale and members can help you learn how to grow and care for azaleas.
